Griff was out of Betsy's first litter sired by "Rapid." He is pictured winning Best In Sweepstakes in 1991 at the AWC Eastern Specialty under Donna Lynch (Hamrya). He also won his Futurity class that year under Mrs. Wear.

Griff had the type and shape we were consciously trying to achieve. In many ways, he is a precursor to the whippets we are breeding today. His litter sister, Broadstrider's Nautica  ("Natty") is pictured on the Gallery page.
