"Lucy" was quite the show girl. She had
a great specialty career. Lucy is pictured going Best of Winners at
Lompoc in 1985 under James Edward Clark. She also won Winners Bitch in
1986 at the AWC Western Specialty in Santa Barbara under Larry Shaw (Kirklea). Lucy's other memorable wins include Best in
Sweepstakes at the 1985 AWC Southern Specialty and 1st in her Futurity class under
Calvin Perry.
Lucy came from an outstanding litter
that included multiple champions. We were also fortunate to own
littermate Aymes N Raybar's Miss Oceana ("Betsy"), who became our
foundation bitch. Lucy and Betsy's litter was bred by Barbara Parsons (Raybar)
and Betsy Getz (Aymes).
